Bharat scouts and guides movement
is an ever-growing worldwide one. Its motto is “Be
Prepared”. It teaches community services, social service and uprightness. In
this worldwide campaign:
2010-11
- As a
part of our endeavor towards excellence recently 2 teachers attended the
Basic Scouts course and 1 teacher attended the Advanced Course & 2 teacher
Guides
participated in the camps held at ASC centre and at KV MEG & CENTRE respectively.
- Our
teachers successfully participated in the camp held at
KV ASC centre and at KV MEG & CENTRE respectively.
2009-10
- As a
part of our endeavor towards excellence recently 8 Scouts & 8 Guides
participated in the Tritya sopan
camp held at KV NO2 JALAHALLI & KV MALLESWARAM, Bangalore respectively.
- Our
scouts and guides participated in the Rajya Puraskar camp held at
KV BEML nagar & KV Bijapur
2008-09
ACHIEVEMENTS
- As a
part of our endeavor towards excellence recently 7 Scouts & 6 Guides
participated in the Tritya sopan
camp held at KV MEG Centre, Bangalore
and KV Mysore respectively.
- Several
of our scouts and guides participated in the advancement program tritiya sopan, Rajya Puraskar and rashtrapati Puraskar
- Our
students Mas. Deepak of class XII received the rashtrapati award certificate and brought glory to our
Vidyalaya.
- 2
Guides and 4 Scouts attended Rajya Puraskar testing camp and came out successfully.
- 8
Guides & 12 Scouts were awarded tritiya sopan certificate on attending the testing camp for
the same.
- We
also have a very active wing of cubs and bulbuls in our Vidyalaya.
- As
part of the social service programme our scouts
& guides took out a rally on November 1st in connection
with world aids day.
- All these activities were carried out under the
directions & cooperation of our scoutmasters, cub masters, guide
captains & flock leaders.
